The short version
- This page covers the website, not the product. Elbi itself is supplied under a separate signed agreement.
- The chat widget here is a scripted animation, not a live assistant. The dashboard is an illustration with example figures.
- Read it, quote it, print it for a tender — you don't need our permission.
- Don't copy the site to build a competing page, imply a partnership that doesn't exist, or point scanners at our systems without asking.
- Third-party product names belong to their owners and imply no affiliation either way.
- Published figures are true at the date stated and are not contract terms unless they're in a signed agreement.
- Saudi law governs. Where the English and Arabic differ, Arabic prevails.
1. What these terms cover — and what they don't
These terms govern your use of the website at a-i.sa and everything published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
| Governed by | |
|---|---|
| Browsing this website, reading these pages, watching the demo | These terms |
| Using Elbi as a deployed product in your organisation | A separate written agreement signed between your organisation and Elbetron |
| How we handle personal data | The Privacy Policy |
There is no sign-up, no account and no payment on this website. Nothing here creates a licence to the Elbi software, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance — an engagement begins when both parties sign.
2. What this site is
a-i.sa is a product information site for Elbi, an AI assistant built by Elbetron Technologies. It exists so that a prospective customer can understand what the product does before talking to us.
The chat widget on the home page is a scripted animation, not a live assistant. It replays a fixed conversation to show how the real product behaves. It does not accept your input, does not send anything anywhere, and does not answer questions. The analytics dashboard shown on the page is likewise an illustration containing example figures, not a live account.
If you want to try the real assistant, ask us and we will arrange it.
3. What you may do
- Read, browse and link to any page on this site.
- Quote from it for evaluation, journalism, research or internal procurement, with attribution to Elbetron.
- Print or save pages for your own reference, including for a tender or vendor assessment.
- Share a link with colleagues.
You do not need our permission for any of the above.
4. What you may not do
- Copy the site's design, code or written content to build a competing product page, or present our material as your own.
- Remove or obscure attribution, or reproduce our name, logo or brand in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or certification that does not exist.
- Run automated scanners, load tests or vulnerability tooling against this site or any Elbetron system without written permission. To report a security issue, see Reporting a vulnerability.
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or attempt to bypass rate limiting.
- Attempt to gain access to any system, account or data that is not publicly published here.
- Use the site to send unlawful, infringing, defamatory or malicious material.
- Misrepresent published figures — for example quoting a benchmark result without the conditions stated alongside it.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, its written content, the Elbi software and the Elbi name and marks are owned by Elbetron Technologies or its licensors, and are protected by Saudi and international law. Nothing on this site transfers any of it to you.
Third-party names and marks — including the business systems named on our integrations page — belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the systems Elbi can connect to. Their appearance is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, certification or affiliation, in either direction.
Open-source components used inside Elbi remain under their own licences, which we honour.
6. Accuracy of what we publish
We try hard to make this site accurate, and where we publish a measurement we say how it was produced. Even so:
- Figures, benchmarks and capability descriptions reflect the system at the date stated on the page. Software changes; a number true in August may not be true in November.
- Descriptions of roadmap items are statements of current intent, not commitments. Where something is not yet shipped, we say so on the page rather than implying it exists.
- Nothing on this site is a warranty, a specification, or a term of any contract unless it is written into a signed agreement.
- If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
7. About AI-generated output
Elbi is an AI system. When deployed, it answers from content its operator approves, and it is designed to decline rather than guess. It is still a probabilistic system and it can be wrong.
- Do not rely on any AI output as professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise.
- An operator deploying Elbi is responsible for the content it is grounded in and for the answers their configuration produces.
- Accuracy figures we publish are measured under stated conditions and are not a guarantee of any individual answer.
- Where an answer matters, verify it with a human. Elbi is built to hand over to one.
8. Availability
This is an information website. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Availability commitments for the Elbi product, if any, live in the signed agreement — not here.
9. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, and how the system is secured is set out in Security & Compliance. Both form part of your use of this site.
This website does not run advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, with ad personalisation and Google signals disabled; it is listed in our sub-processor register and described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, this website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, Elbetron Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
This section concerns this website only. Liability in respect of the Elbi product is governed exclusively by the signed agreement between the parties, and nothing here alters it.
13. Governing law and disputes
| Governing law | The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia |
| Jurisdiction | The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia |
| Language | These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails, consistent with Saudi practice |
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page always reflect the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We do not apply changes retroactively.
