Connect Elbi to your systems: 44 integrations
Elbi calls your ERP, CRM, service desk, identity provider and national services over their own APIs — so a customer can ask about a real order, ticket or invoice and get the real answer.
An assistant that can only read documents answers in generalities. Connected to the systems you already run, Elbi can answer about a specific order, ticket, invoice or account — and, where you choose to enable it, raise a ticket or log a lead from the conversation.
Every connection follows the same rules. It starts read-only, scoped to the records, fields and operations agreed in writing during deployment. The assistant answers within the permissions of the person asking, so it never becomes a way around your own access rules. It uses credentials you issue and can revoke, every lookup can be recorded for audit, and if a system cannot be reached it says so and offers a person rather than guessing. Write actions are turned on individually and can require a person to confirm before they commit.
The 44 systems below are grouped by category. Each page sets out what the system holds, the questions a connection lets Elbi answer, and what connecting it actually involves. A system that is not listed can usually be reached through the protocol and automation connections: anything with an endpoint, or a file dropped on a schedule.
