An AI chatbot platform for Saudi organisations

The platform is described here as six capabilities. Three are the ways people reach it: written chat, voice, and documents uploaded in the middle of a conversation. The other three are the control you keep over all of them — separate agents for separate functions, a handover in which a person continues the same conversation with its full history, and a widget that carries your logo, colours, greeting and agent names rather than looking like a generic product.

Arabic is treated as a first language rather than a translation layer. The reply follows the language of the question, customers typing in Saudi dialect are expected rather than treated as an error, and the interface switches between right-to-left and left-to-right automatically.
