What we build
Elbi is a bilingual AI chat assistant. It holds a conversation in Arabic and in English, listens and speaks, reads the documents people send it, answers from your own material, and hands over to a person when it should.
The word that matters in that sentence is your. Answers are built from material you control and checked against that material before they are sent. An assistant that answers from general knowledge is a liability in a regulated sector, and no amount of fluency fixes that.
The second thing that matters is where it runs. The language model, speech recognition, speech synthesis and document reading all run on infrastructure the organisation controls. There is no third-party AI provider in the path — that is an architectural property, not a setting you can forget to switch on.
How we work
Narrow first
A project that answers twenty questions well beats one that answers two hundred adequately. Scope is the single best predictor of whether a deployment survives its first year.
Grounded, then checked
Answers come from your approved material, and the finished reply is checked against it before it is sent. An instruction is not a control.
Arabic as a first language
Not a translation layer. Dialect, mixed sentences and a genuinely mirrored interface — the things that show within three messages.
Governance designed in
Consent, retention and audit are cheaper to design early than to retrofit. Most pilots that never reach production fail legal review, not testing.
Handover as a feature
The most important capability in an assistant is knowing when to stop. Escalation is what makes the rest of it safe.

Who we are
Elbetron Technologies is a Saudi technology company. Elbi is our AI chat assistant product, and this site documents it in full — every capability, every agent pattern, every connected system, in both languages.
We are deliberately specific about where we do not fit. If you have a capable engineering team and want to build your own platform, a global cloud platform is a better answer than we are, and we will say so rather than compete for that work.

The real time goes into organising your material and settling governance, not into technical setup. An organisation with current, owned policies moves far faster than one whose knowledge lives in people's heads.
