How Elbi works: the 14 core capabilities
The components a conversation passes through, what each does, and — as importantly — where each should not be trusted alone.
Every answer Elbi gives is the product of several smaller steps. A voice message has to become text, a scanned document has to be read, the request has to be understood, the right passage of your own material has to be found — and only then is a reply composed, or the conversation handed to a person because it should not be answered automatically.
This section documents fourteen components of the Elbi Core, one page each, grouped below by where they sit in a conversation. Conversation itself, multiple agents and the live human support platform are covered under Platform capabilities.
Each page explains what the component does, why it is harder in two languages than in one, and what to look for when you evaluate it. Most importantly, each page says where the component should not be trusted on its own.
